You will be the first point of contact for all guests, tenants, and stakeholders, creating an impeccable and lasting first impression. The ideal candidate will come from a luxury hospitality background, preferably 5-star hotels or premium concierge services, and will thrive in an environment where service, discretion, and attention to detail are paramount.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Warmly greet and assist all visitors and tenants with the highest level of professionalism

  • Manage a pristine front-of-house and communal areas at all times

  • Provide concierge-style service and anticipate guest needs

  • Handle calls, emails, deliveries, meeting room bookings and day-to-day admin with ease and accuracy

  • Liaise seamlessly with facilities and operations teams to ensure a faultless experience for all clients
