The EA will play a critical role in managing an ever-changing schedule, coordinating international travel, preparing meeting materials, and handling sensitive communications with utmost discretion.
The EA will be responsible for seamlessly managing both professional and personal tasks, including diary and inbox management, travel planning across multiple time zones, and supporting with key documentation. This position also includes light-touch support for a small group of team members, requiring strong coordination and the ability to prioritise competing demands. The EA will work closely with a wider team of assistants to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and provide coverage where needed.
