As a Graduate Researcher, you'll play a crucial role in supporting high-level searches by conducting in-depth market mapping, candidate sourcing, and industry research. You'll be part of a collaborative, tight-knit team that will support your development from day one. For the right graduate, this is a hands-on, fast-paced environment where you'll be trusted with real responsibility early on. Hours are 8.30am–5:30pm, with excellent training, lovely team culture, and strong progression potential.
