We are looking for a super star Office Manger to join a boutique, luxury concierge business. The Office Manager’s role is to ensure the smooth running of the office and staff on a day-to-day basis. You will be tasked with taking the administrative duties away from the Directors and ensuring all meetings, staff training, reviews, holidays, and general office logistical duties are taken care of. The Office Manager will be responsible for the HR of the entire business and ensuring the team is happy and all disciplinary procedures are met and taken care of. The Office Manager will be office based full time and required to manage the time of the Directors so they can concentrate on developing the business globally. Other Office Manager duties will include onboarding of new staff, recruitment, arranging training and maintaining a happy, content but driven workforce!

The successful Office Manager should be really motivated and keen to join a fast moving, growing team and be willing to put the time and devotion into the project. This Office Manager will become an integral cog in the machine and should be looking to stay long term in their next role. You should be a people person, able to manage crises and problems yourself and able to motivate and encourage your team to work for you and for the business.
