We are working on a Business and Private PA role supporting the CEO / Founder of Mayfair based Private Equity firm. This is a fabulous PA role working for a hugely influential and busy CEO, working in a fast paced and high pressure environment.
The salary is generous and there is a great benefits package to include health, dental, pension, travel insurance, income protection, life insurance, 25 days holiday and a very generous bonus. Our client has global offices, but the London office is based in Mayfair with a lovely team. The culture is dynamic and hard working and the turnover is historically very low. This is a big job, providing both business and private support to the CEO. The core office hours are 8am – 6pm and we need a PA with flexibility and resilience. The bonus is particularly generous which makes up for the longer hours, but someone must be comfortable with this element of the role.
The current PA in the role has been with the business for a long time and the CEO is used to getting his PA fully involved in the business and there is opportunity to take on more once you have nailed the PA side of the role. The CEO travels extensively so we are looking for a PA who can be his eyes and ears on the ground when he is away and be a true gatekeeper.
