Our client is a leader in luxury office spaces and as they continue to experience rapid growth and success, they are looking for a hardworking and professional Sales Coordinator to join their team. Reporting into the Head of Sales, the Sales Coordinator will play an integral role in supporting the growth of the business, working to increase new memberships as well as ensuring an on-going exceptional level of customer service to existing members. The Sales Coordinator role is varied and, working closely with the operations and marketing team, provides great exposure across a growing business. The Sales Coordinator role offers the perfect mix of administration support and a client facing element, providing an exciting opportunity for a candidate who is looking to bring a range of skills into this new role.

Typical Sales Coordinator duties include, but not limited to:

  • Responding to daily enquiries
  • Manage a data base of leads
  • Actively engage with potential clients to promote the office spaces
  • Prepare and distribute sales proposals
  • Conducting viewings of the office spaces
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with members to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Work closely with other teams including operations and marketing
  • Assist with developing strategies and marketing campaigns

The Sales Coordinator role is an exciting and busy opportunity for a candidate who can multi-task, is highly organised, able to prioritise and great at building long term relationships. The ideal candidate will have some prior experience in sales environment. 

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am-5.30pm
Office based in Central London/West End
