We are looking for an experienced and professional PA to support the CEO of a highly successful financial services firm. Based mostly from their offices in the West End, this role will primarily provide support in a personal capacity, as well as some ad hoc support on the business side. The PA will cover widespread personal interests, including homes, charities, travel, and events. As the majority of the support is related to personal affairs, the PA must uphold the highest level of accuracy and discretion. This role will suit a PA who is a multi-tasker, has a proactive nature, and has a flexible approach in order to provide exceptional support to an extremely busy individual. There will also be an element of support in a business capacity, requiring the successful PA to be able to turn their hand to whatever is required. Due to the nature the role, we are looking for a candidate who is happy to work individually and therefore able to hit the ground running.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience supporting at senior level in both a personal and business capacity, suitable for someone who has worked within a financial services environment.
