An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced EA to join a fast-growing boutique investment firm based in the heart of the City. This newly created role comes at a pivotal time, as the company continues its transformative growth, having tripled in size over recent months. As the EA, you will provide high-level support to the CEO and other senior executives, playing a critical role in ensuring the smooth running of the leadership team’s daily operations. The ideal candidate will bring exceptional organisational skills, professionalism, and a proactive approach to supporting a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Key EA Responsibilities:
- Executive Support: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate travel, and handle inboxes for the CEO and senior team.
- Liaison & Communication: Act as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, maintaining a high level of discretion and professionalism.
- Meeting Coordination: Prepare meeting materials including agendas and presentations, take minutes, and follow up on action points.
- Document & File Management: Maintain confidential files and produce reports, correspondence, and presentations as needed.
- Project Support: Assist in the planning and delivery of key projects and initiatives, ensuring progress is tracked and deadlines met.
- Event Management: Support internal event planning and execution, working closely with the Office Manager.
- Cross-Functional Admin: Provide ad hoc administrative support across departments including Legal & Compliance, Finance, Operations, and Business Development.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar EA role, ideally within financial or professional services.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
