Well established IT procurement agency with an extensive client base in the Government sector are looking for Team Manager to lead their Bids team. The agency act as middlemen between public sector organisations and IT contractors assisting them with the tendering process for Government IT contracts.
Leading a team of up to 6 staff your responsibilities will be to oversee the relationships with the IT contractors, ensuring they navigate the tendering process and hit deadlines. They need a Team Manager who is familiar with managing processes, has good customer service/people skills and has a background in the tech sector. Based in Central London they operate a hybrid working policy.
