We are looking for a confident and friendly PA, to join a leading Mayfair based private family office who represent some of the world’s most high profile people. Based within a highly driven and dynamic team, this PA will provide PA support to the CEO and 4 Managing Directors. As their PA no two days will be the same and we are looking for a PA who can provide more than the traditional day to day PA support, getting involved in special projects, research and events.
You will need 3-5 years’ PA experience supporting senior Managers within a commercial and upmarket environment. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail are also a must for this PA role as well as having excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
