A unique opportunity for a business and private EA to work alongside a talented and eccentric businessman. Primarily based in Central London but location is flexible, this fluid EA role would suit a senior EA who is used to organising every aspect of her boss’s life, who can hold their own but also be resourceful and accommodating. Extremely varied, with plenty of autonomy and scope, this is a true right-hand EA position and plenty of flexibility with a strong sense of humour is required!
Experience within the finance/medical/art world will be a distinct advantage and C-suite experience is essential. EA duties will include a high level of gate keeping, liaising at senior level, diary and email management, scheduling calls and meetings, expenses, business and private international travel management, events both business and social and providing assistance across the multiple businesses including an art exhibition company. Some business travel will be required.
So if you have 5 plus years senior EA experience, have the agility and resilience to streamline this Founder’s life and have a positive and can do attitude you will be well rewarded and highly valued. This role does have the potential to be part-time for the right person if necessary.
