A fabulous Receptionist is required for a prestigious global luxury retailer, based in their stunning Executive offices in the heart of Mayfair. This traditional Receptionist role would suit someone looking for a gentle paced environment, without any stresses, however still being part of a small close-knit team and being able to give first class Receptionist support. This receptionist role also includes Facilities Admin Assistant duties and provides relief for the main Receptionist. Receptionist duties include managing the screen-based telephone switchboard, taking messages and passing them on in a timely and efficient manner, overseeing stationery and cleaning orders for the entire building, managing the office equipment and reporting any faults and other ad hoc tasks when needed.
This is a client facing role which will require you to remain professional and calm when dealing with UHNW’s and senior members of the company. Experience of working within a luxury environment will be an advantage as well as having some longevity on your CV.
