We are thrilled to be working on this absolutely fabulous EA role to support the CEO of a luxury beauty brand. We are looking for high performing EAs who can provide a top level of business support with commitment to working across different time zones whilst offering full flexibility. The role will be demanding, yet incredibly rewarding with fantastic opportunities and exposure working for a successful, fast growing company with an international footprint.
Duties will involve managing an incredibly busy diary, extensive global travel management with itineraries, visas etc. scheduling internal and external meetings, organising events, managing a global network of stakeholders and overall, acting as full gatekeeper and right hand to CEO.
This will be a very fast paced role with lots of last minute changes that requires someone who is versatile, confident and super proactive, with strong interpersonal skills and high energy. Accuracy, speed and the ability to prioritise are essential.
Hybrid working 2 days office 3 from home
Salary is £45,000-£60,000 depending on experience
