We are searching for a superstar PA to provide first exceptional in both a business and private capacity to a renowned medical professional. Our client is extremely successful in their field, involved in some fascinating and life-changing processes. As their career continues to go from strength to strength, the principal is looking for an experienced and highly organised PA to provide unrivalled support, becoming a true right-hand person. On the business side, the PA will provide support with diary management, meeting bookings, both UK and international travel arrangements, correspondence, preparing Board packs, and liaising with the PR team for interviews and appearances. On the private side, the principal will require support with travel arrangements and property management, including an upcoming relocation in London. The principal is inspirational and very high achieving, so we need a PA who is able to work in a demanding but fair environment, able to remain one step ahead at all times, and prepared to go above and beyond. The principal is involved in a huge number of different projects, so this role will require a PA who thrives in a fast-paced environment, capable of juggling many things at once, often with last-minute changes.
This is a new PA role, so the successful candidate will need to hit the ground running, equally providing the PA with the opportunity to really make the role their own. A good energy and proactive nature are key for this role. The PA will need to be robust, diligent, and emotionally intelligent. A high level of organisation is essential, as well as being IT savvy.
Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am – 6pm
