Our client is a dynamic and driven individual who is looking for an exceptional Private PA to support with a variety of day-to-day elements in a personal capacity. The Principal has a real passion for horses and owns stables, polo, and dressage teams, so is looking for a highly organised Private PA to support with the running of these. Based in Berkshire, the Private PA will play a key role in the management of several busy stables and their staff, supporting with all administrative aspects including organising travel and visas, back-office support, payroll and being a main point of contact. The Principal also requires support from the Private PA across multiple households, many of which are mid-renovation so the Private PA will need to liaise with several stakeholders such as builders, architects, and designers. The Principal and her husband travel extensively, so the successful candidate will also work closely and alongside another PA to arrange any personal travel. This is an extensive and varied role, ideal for a Private PA who can manage multiple projects at any one time, likes to remain one step ahead, as well as having a willingness to get stuck in with whatever comes their way as the role naturally grows over time. The position provides a proactive, adaptable, and reliable Private PA with a fantastic opportunity to build a long-term working relationship with a Principal who is ambitious and inspirational.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a Private PA role and will ideally live within a good distance to the Berkshire area. An interest in horses would be beneficial, and a Scandinavian speaker would be an advantageous but by no means essential.
