This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious, proactive, and engaging Junior Private PA to support a UHNW family based in Buckinghamshire. As the Junior Private PA, this role will predominantly support the principal’s EA, and at times the principal’s wife’s PA, with all aspects of family life. As this position is extremely varied, we are looking for a PA who is willing to be hands on, eager to get stuck in with whatever comes their way. The PA role will include a range of responsibilities, such as diary management, scheduling appointments and meetings, arranging commercial and private travel, overseeing multiple homes, organising events and social calendars, running errands, and ad hoc support for the principal’s children. This opportunity provides a well-presented, resourceful, and articulate PA with exceptional learning and development prospects. This is a fast-paced environment where things can change last minute, so the ideal PA will need to be adaptable and ready to say ‘yes’!
This Junior Private PA role is an integral position within the team, so as well as bring driven and eager, the successful candidate will need to be extremely personable, capable of building rapport quickly, and takes real pride in their work.
The ideal candidate will need to hold a driving licence and have a means of transport, as well as being happy around household pets.
Core working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am – 5.30pm, however an element of flexibility will be required.
This role is primarily based from the principal’s home in Buckinghamshire, with likely 1 day per week in London, at the family office in Mayfair. International travel may be required, but this is minimal.
