Our client is searching for a hard-working, personable, and organised Concierge Coordinator to join their passionate team, where providing a first-class service is at the heart of what they do. Based at their brand new luxury office site in the West End, this is a brilliant role for a Concierge Coordinator who is an expert in providing 5-star customer service, superb at building new relationships, and is looking to take the next step in their career.

This Concierge Coordinator will play an integral role in assisting with the running of the onsite Concierge & Lifestyle service. These luxury offices are a workplace that blends leading hospitality with flexible working, providing a perfect opportunity for someone who is looking to bring their professional hospitality skills into a leading office environment.

A busy and varied role, typical duties will include:

  • Providing first class customer service to all members and visitors to the club
  • Engage with all existing members and potential new members, understanding them and their business
  • Ensure all reception/admin requests are well managed
  • Schedule and host new member introductions
  • Coordinate member requests in a prompt and timely manner
  • Restaurant reservations and other concierge requests
  • Day to day enquiry handling from members
  • Management of specific client accounts & ongoing reporting
  • Conception, organisation & implantation of in-house events for clients
  • Organising networking/promotional events
  • Reviewing and updating member benefits
  • Building new supplier relationships

Previous experience within the luxury hospitality sector is essential.

  • Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 6pm
  • This is a full-time office-based role in Mayfair
