We are working on a really exciting opportunity for a professional and proactive Assistant General Manager to join the team of a luxury office space in Central London. The Assistant General Manager will play a key role within this hardworking and passionate team, in an environment where luxury hospitality meets office space. The successful Assistant General Manager will be someone who is capable of building strong and lasting relationships, able to work in a busy and fast-paced environment and is proactive and hungry to learn. The Assistant General Manager role is extremely varied, providing the opportunity to get involved in different areas of the business.
Working closely with the General Manager, duties will include; supervising and supporting the team across three sites, training and onboarding new team members, providing a first-class concierge service to all members and being a point of contact for any queries or issues, supplier and contract management, and supporting with the overseeing of the day to day operations.
This role will suit a candidate who has prior experience within luxury hospitality as well as managing a team, and looking to take the step into a more corporate environment working as part of a collaborative and inclusive team.
Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8.30am-5.30pm or 9am-6pm
This is a full-time office-based role in Central London
