We are really excited to be working on this super Executive Assistant role to support the Founder of a pioneering PR agency. Based in the heart of the West End, the Executive Assistant will play an integral role within the team, providing a high level of administrative support in both a business and private capacity. Typical Executive Assistant duties with include diary and inbox management, organising meetings and preparing detailed schedules, travel arrangements, and taking notes and following up with actions, as well as liaising with clients and running any personal errands. As part of a small team, the Executive Assistant role will naturally be varied, and the role will also involve light office management duties, and input into marketing and branding. Support will also be required on events, screenings, launches and parties in terms of organising and managing guest lists and invitations, as well as attending and coordinating on the day.
This role will suit an Executive Assistant who enjoys a varied and hands-on role, willing to turn their hand to whatever they are tasked with. A positive and proactive nature will be key, as well as the ability to juggle many tasks at once and being highly efficient.
