We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join the team of a leading venue in North London. This is a fabulous family owned business, who have successfully hosted weddings, film shoots and conferences for the last 27 years. In this role, the Office Administrator will take on a range of administrative duties, working closely with and supporting the Sales Manager to successfully run this unique venue. The Office Administrator will play a key role in the team and must have excellent administrative skills and demonstrate a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will be happy working in a small, friendly team, able to wear many hats when required. This role will suit an Office Administrator who is professional, well-presented and has a proactive approach to their work.

Office Administrator duties will include, but are not limited to;

  • Answer incoming calls and emails, and provide professional assistance to clients
  • Managing the client database with provisional and confirmed bookings
  • Schedule and book clients for viewings
  • Assist with client visits and showing them around the venue
  • Communicate charges and event details to clients through a comprehensive report
  • Distribute function forms via email to clients prior to their scheduled events
  • Manage client payments and sending out contracts

The successful candidate will have prior experience in an Administrative role, as well as having a strong ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships.

This role is based in Wood Green, with excellent transport links and on-site parking. Core hours are Monday to Friday, 10am – 6pm.
