Our client is dedicated to creating a platform for philanthropy, connecting corporates with charities, and creating a sustainable, affordable, and fun way to support charitable projects. As the Chief of Staff, the successful candidate will be integral to the next phase of growth, as this position encompasses a variety of different duties across the business, including day to day operations, business development, leadership, internal communications, financial support, and people and culture. Within a company that has enjoyed phenomenal success in its first couple of years, the Chief of Staff will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of the company over the coming years, so we are looking for a passionate, experienced, and ambitious candidate to step into this position, ready to make a positive impact. The ideal candidate will be extremely resourceful, resilient and flexible, capable of wearing many hats and adept to working in a fast-paced environment.
This role is remote first but the team meet up on a monthly basis (sometimes more) in Central London so the successful candidate will need to live in or close to London.
Core working hours are 9am-5pm, however there is an element of out of hours due to working with a global team.
