We are seeking a full-time degree-educated Team Assistant / HR Assistant for a natural and healthy foods producer born out of a larger parent company. 

Based in the HR department, as Team Assistant you will be supporting 3 very direct Senior Business Partners on the business side as well as assisting with research, analytical work, data collation, reports and general admin.  You will co-ordinate meetings and calls, maintain email distribution lists, create data dashboards and org charts, prepare powerpoints, sit in on meetings to capture main insights as required and work with the HR Chief of Staff/PMO Lead to report on projects.

Although this TA role will require you to be fully office based initially, there is the opportunity to work more flexibly (3 days a week from the office, 2 from home) once embedded.  

The Team Assistant role would suit someone with an interest in admin, HR, research and data, and who is comfortable with a direct approach. The client is open to a recent grad or someone with more experience, hence the broad salary offering.
