We are seeking a well-presented and proactive Office Manager and Admin Assistant for a boutique but global luxury maritime consultancy.

Based from smart offices in Mayfair, hours are 9/9.30 am to 6/6.30 pm, and the company is currently trialling a 4 day working week policy for 3 weeks of every month.   

This is a lovely broad role with responsibilities including ensuring the smooth day to day running of the offices, assisting the Executive Assistants (and the Executive team/Managers that they are supporting), arranging meetings and travel, screening phone calls and responding to emails, greeting visitors, providing general admin assistance, managing the flow of information, reviewing and preparing documents and reports, providing basic financial management, filing, ordering office supplies, making restaurant reservations, and managing the bookings of an overseas luxury boat charter.  

Previous office management experience is required.  Italian languages skills would be useful but not essential.
