We have a fantastic new opportunity for a discreet and calm Private PA for a Private family office based in North London.
Supporting a lovely academic (female) philanthropist with 2 children on the private side, you will reporting into a personable business EA to ensure the Principal’s life runs seamlessly.
Based 5 days a week from the family office, core hours are 8 am to 6 pm, although flexibility is required out of hours.
Previous experience working in a family office, excellent communications skills and professionalism are required.
Key duties will include;
Calendar management and scheduling (in coordination with the EA), including booking personal appointments, arranging taxis, holiday research and tracking important dates and information regarding the principal’s children
Supporting the principal’s 2 teenage children with tasks including booking appointments and arranging travel and tutors
Household assistance, including groceries management, arranging pet-care, handling deliveries & returns, organising repairs, servicing cars, coordinating with chefs, cleaners, suppliers & trades people to ensure the smooth functioning of the principal’s primary home and nearby properties
Providing basic tech support (knowledge of Mac computers would be valuable) and printing
Shopping, gifting and running errands
Organising events, dinners, and social functions
Providing PA support to designated family members of the principal, such as travel bookings & logistics (eg. flights, visas, taxis)
Ad hoc projects and tasks
A UK driving licence and ideally a car is required for the role as you will be doing lots of errands between multiple properties.
