We are seeking a polished and professional Receptionist for an established, award-winning and UK leading Skin & Hair Specialist Clinic in West London.
Hours are 9 am to 8 pm, 4 days a week with an hour for lunch, and one Saturday and Sunday a month (40 hours a week).
Reporting into the Branch Manager, the ideal candidate will have 3-5 years’ FOH experience, with a confident, willing, warm and welcoming approach.
Along with the usual meeting and greeting and call handling reception duties, responsibilities will also include dealing with bookings and customer payments, database, Word and Excel tasks, giving good variety to the role.
