We have a fantastic new opportunity for a full-time, hands-on Office & Experience Manager with a growing international specialist alcoholic beverage supplier, specialising in spirits and wines and providing a community for its fine beverage connoisseurs. 

The role will be based 4-5 days from the office in Central London- usually 4 days, but will flexibility to work from the office on a Friday for occasional client visits.

Key responsibilities will include; assisting with a forthcoming office move, office/facilities management and driving office and client/community experience, overseeing the smooth running of the office, co-ordinating meetings, meeting and greeting, acting as the 1st IT Line (although they do have an external IT support provider), arranging catering and events, maintaining office equipment and supplies, liaising with MSPs and other suppliers, having responsibility for H&S and fire regulations, onboarding new starters, negotiating contracts, organising office operations and procedures, ensuring office efficiency, managing digital filing systems, and any other ad hoc tasks as required. The role would suit an IT savvy, flexible, adaptable and proactive office manager, who is comfortable working in a startup environment.
