As EA / Operations Manager, you will be the cornerstone of the office’s smooth operation, confident with invoicing, basic accounts reconciliation, managing a small team and ensuring the office supplies are fully stocked. The EA / Operations Manager You will work closely with the legal team and provide essential support to ensure clients receive the best service. As EA / Operations Manager your duties will include:

  • Ensure daily office operations run smoothly.
  • Collaborate with outsourced teams for web, marketing, recruitment, and IT services.
  • Lead and oversee project initiatives as needed.
  • Manage invoicing, WIP reports, and account reconciliation.
  • Contribute to company expansion and client research.
  • Provide crucial support to the Managing Director, handling inbox, diary, and travel bookings.
  • Assist with team administrative tasks.
  • Coordinate staff training with external providers.
  • Keep payroll, pension contributions, and insurance current.

They provide an attractive compensation package, including a competitive salary ranging from £45k to £55k based on experience.
