We are seeking a proactive and organised PA to support our new client, an entrepreneurial Co-Founder & CEO who is pioneering within the tech sector. Our client is not your typical corporate giant, they have a thriving startup culture and have grown threefold in the last three years. Nestled in the heart of Central London, the company operates from a beautiful fully serviced office, while also promoting a dynamic hybrid work environment.

We are seeking a highly organised PA, who is ready to make an immediate impact and has a keen understanding of supporting a CEO during the hiring of their first PA. This role offers ample room for growth and development as the business expands. In your role as a PA, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to the dynamic CEO, allowing them to concentrate on the strategic aspects of the business. Your duties will include:

  • Arrange company meetings and distribute notes.
  • Manage back-end data room including ensuring client contracts are co-signed.
  • Oversee HR platform to make sure all employee contracts and policy documents are signed.
  • Help with onboarding new employees.
  • Managing CEOs, diary and travel.
  • Arranging team away days and company events.
  • Overseeing CEOs social media including responding to comments (LinkedIn).
  • Inbox management.
  • Ensuring senior leadership are performing agreed regular tasks.
  • Company culture related incentives.
  • Applying for speaker opportunities, podcast opportunities and company awards.

They offer a fabulous benefits package including a competitive base salary up to £60,000 depending on experience. Beyond that, their benefits package includes hybrid working (minimum 1 day office per week), health and dental insurance for partners and children, travel to work paid for, and 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
