We are thrilled to be working on an exciting opportunity for a part-time Freelance Team Assistant / Media Assistant to join a pioneering communications agency. As Team Assistant you’ll become a vital member of the dynamic Brand and Reputation team, contributing to the success of one of their top-tier clients. This is a fully remote weekend role, 3–6-month contract which offers the chance to extend.
As the Team Assistant / Media Assistant, you'll be at the forefront of media monitoring. Your responsibilities will include sweeping through media titles, flagging key articles on the fly via WhatsApp, and supplying crucial PDFs throughout the day, as well as ad-hoc administrative tasks.
The successful Team Assistant / Media Assistant will be an experienced freelance professional with access to their own laptop & phone. Your written and communication skills will be exceptional, with a keen eye for detail. You’ll be able to navigate the fast-paced environment with ease, interacting with senior clients and stakeholders as a professional. Autonomy will be your strength, working independently, showing initiative, and you’ll thrive without constant oversight.
