We are looking for a PA to support a charming Founder who works in the property development space. The offices are super impressive, a co -working space based in Central London which includes a gym, Pilates studio, roof terrace and bar and restaurant. This role will be providing a mix of business and personal support for the Founder and also assisting the small team of 2. This is an integral role to the team and will include all areas of administration support. The company offers hybrid working, 3 days office and 2 days home (flexibility required) and the benefits package is generous, including a bonus and 25 days holiday.
Typical PA duties will include diary, inbox and travel management, booking personal holidays, managing insurance policies, arranging events, expenses, invoicing, updating the website and social media, assisting in the design and production of property development brochures, scheduling meetings and preparing for them, managing project deadlines, filing and typical office admin. There will also be some travel on occasion to the Director’s home, to work from his home office so a car driver is essential.
The successful PA will be exposed to all of projects the business works on, and be introduced to clients, so we are looking for a PA who enjoys client entertainment and who is able to build professional relationships with people.
The ideal PA will have effective time management and organisational skills with the proven ability to plan, organise and prioritise tasks. In addition to this, the PA must have excellent communication skills, be highly proactive and have great attention to detail.
