One of our fabulous consultancy clients are looking for a bright and confident Receptionist to cover their front of house function on a temp basis. Based in stunning City offices, this Receptionist must be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment meeting lots of visitors and providing a professional and welcoming environment. There is a great company culture with a buzzy vibe around the office so you will have lots of interaction! We are looking for a Receptionist who is highly organised with great time management and communication skills. Typical Reception duties will include meeting and greeting visitors, answering the phone, managing an inbox, ensuring the office is always clean and tidy, booking meeting rooms, assisting with catering and other administrative duties. Being a temp role, you will be employed by Oriel Partners and paid weekly in arrears.
