We are seeking a self-starting and versatile Office Manager for a rapidly growing London office of an independent global fintech, fusing Wall Street and Silicon Valley expertise with cutting edge technology to provide trading and liquidity management to the world’s largest financial markets.

Based 4 days a week out of a lovely WeWork space in East London, hours are 9 am to 5 pm with some flexibility as required.

This is a fantastically varied Office Manager role with responsibilities including managing the smooth day to day running of the office and relationship with the office provider, managing supplies, assisting with internal and external events, travel coordination, marketing, guest management, supporting the Head Office Admin team (in New York) with local finance, invoicing, vendor management, HR and recruitment, as well as helping to implement new initiatives such as a daily lunch order!
