We are thrilled to be working on a fabulous new role for our client who is looking for a talented and experienced EA to join a leading travel consultancy firm located in Central London. You will be based out of their smart offices, with some flexibility to work from home, joining a small yet lovely and supportive team. This EA will provide comprehensive support to 3 Senior Executives at C-Suite level, predominantly business with ad hoc private support. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated EA who is looking for a busy and varied role. Typical EA duties will include but not be limited to:
- Extensive diary management and travel arrangement
- Acting as a gatekeeper, effectively managing communications and interactions with internal and external stakeholders
- Preparing and editing various documents, reports, and presentations
- Coordinating and company-wide events, conferences, and board meetings
- Monitoring and managing email inboxes, prioritizing and delegating tasks as appropriate
- Handling confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism
Requirements:
- A background in finance or professional services
- Previous experience as an EA or similar role supporting C-level executives
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and evolving business needs
- Ability to take initiative, think critically, and problem-solve
- A positive attitude, professional demeanor, and strong work ethic
