We are absolutely thrilled to be working on this fabulous new EA role supporting an UNHW Executive and his family. You will work collaboratively with 3 Assistants who are based in the New York Headquarters and be the primary support for when the Principal is in London. This is a demanding yet very rewarding EA role where you will provide business and private support, operating with a 24/7 mindset and a “no task too small” mentality.
The EA duties will be extremely varied and will range from; extensive diary and inbox management, coordinating travel and family itineraries, managing household staff, creating and managing processes, sourcing gifts, researching and assisting with projects, lifestyle requests, organising events and much more!
As the EA, you must be comfortable working in both the Mayfair office and from the family’s home in West London. We are looking for an outstanding candidate who is experienced and well-presented, proactive, and able to demonstrate exceptional planning and organisational skills, remaining calm under pressure with flexibility across various time zones. Responsiveness, communication and attention to detail are critical to the success of this role, as well as sharp instincts and good judgment in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
8 - 10 years’ experience supporting a HNW family is required. Fantastic package including discretionary bonus, 25 days holiday, healthcare, and pension.
