We are working with a fast-growing international non-profit organisation that operates within the energy sector, and they are looking for an experienced and highly organised EA to support their CEO on a 12-month FTC. Based in their super smart West End offices, with some flexibility to work from home, you will be responsible for providing a high level of administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the CEO’s schedule. You will act as a gatekeeper and primary point of contact for all matters regarding the office of the CEO, and control and manage direct access to the CEO’s time and office. This busy and varied role will suit an EA who thrives in a fast-paced environment yet remains calm under pressure and has the ability to multi-task and prioritise. Typical EA duties will include:

  • Extensive diary management, co-ordinating and organising internal and external meetings
  • Maintaining awareness of critical deliverables, and providing support as required and working closely alongside the Head of Operations
  • Liaising with global stakeholders
  • Researching, prioritising, and following up on incoming issues
  • Liaising with the Board – organising, preparing papers and reports for meetings
  • Acting as a gatekeeper, and being first point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders wishing to contact the CEO

This EA role requires a minimum of 5 years hands on EA experience within a professional office environment.

Core working hours are 9am – 5pm, with flexibility required. Our client is offering a competitive salary, 24 days holiday + bank holidays, health insurance, and pension.
