We are looking for an exceptional Events Guest Relations Manager for a global luxury retail organisation based in stunning West London offices. Working within their small Event Guest Management team you will be making sure their events are the best in the world, taking full responsibility for stewarding properties they work on, growing new opportunities, and managing expectations of their overall guest experience. Within this events role you will be working at some of the most prestigious worldwide sporting/luxury retail events, as well as working from your London desk. Duties for this events role include the management of VIP Guest Relations & Experience across events which involves managing the membership base, recording and collating information, internal and external relationship building, contributing to the management and content of digital platforms, and working on projects and travelling to events as required.
You will need to have extensive experience in VIP guest management and event management within the luxury sector. Be used to an extremely high paced environment and have the flexibility to travel around 3/4 times a year for up to 2 weeks at a time.
