A fantastic temporary opportunity has opened for an organised and proactive Office Manager within a fast-paced international energy trading firm. This fully office-based Office Manager role runs Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm, for two to three months, based in London, City. As the operational hub of a high-energy London office, the Office Manager will keep the workspace efficient, welcoming and well-maintained. Acting as the key point of contact, this temporary Office Manager will ensure smooth daily operations across the floor.


Office Manager Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main contact for staff, visitors and contractors
  • Oversee daily office operations, supplies and service providers
  • Manage building security and access control systems
  • Coordinate maintenance and supervise contractors
  • Plan and manage office space needs
  • Liaise with the IT provider and support new starters
  • Support health & safety compliance
  • Coordinate meetings, catering and company events


The Ideal Candidate:

  • Solid experience in office and facilities management.
  • Strong understanding of health and safety compliance.
  • Able to work independently and take initiative.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Proactive, hands-on, dependable, and team-oriented.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (German language skills are a plus).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
