Office Manager for a Residential Property Management Company

An exciting temp opportunity has arisen for an organised and proactive Office Manager to join a respected residential property management company on a temporary basis, from 10th November through to Christmas. This is a full-time Office Manager role working Monday to Friday based in their fabulous Victoria offices, 9:00am to 5:30pm with an hour for lunch. Some Office Manager experience required.


The role involves:

  • Ordering and organising office supplies
  • Managing invoices and general administrative tasks
  • Coordinating keys and access for contractors
  • Monitoring and responding to the shared inbox
  • Occasionally communicating with leaseholders and assisting with enquiries


The ideal candidate will:

  • Have previous office-based experience
  • Be highly organised and detail-oriented
  • Be tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems
  • Have a professional and friendly front-of-house manner
  • Be able to multitask and keep the office running smoothly
