Executive Assistant – Boutique VC Firm
A prestigious boutique VC/investment firm, based in stunning high-spec offices in the heart of the west end, is seeking a highly capable Executive Assistant to join their collaborative EA team. This is a senior-level opportunity supporting one of the firm’s Partners—whose focus tech portfolio is expanding rapidly—and a Partner who heads their IR & Communications.
This Executive Assistant role is ideal for someone with a background in boutique finance or VC, who thrives in fast-paced environments and can hit the ground running. The EA needs to be the right hand to a Partner who is a strong leader but needs a strategic EA to help structure his time, manage priorities, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks. You’ll be trusted to make intelligent judgement calls, plan his schedule with precision, and ensure he’s always prepared and on time.
In addition, the EA will support the VP of Communications, who plays a key role in the firm’s portfolio companies and the EA will need to help overseeing a busy calendar of events hosted in their Soho offices. Your ability to juggle multiple priorities and maintain a calm, professional approach will be essential.
You’ll be joining a team of Executive Assistants who work collaboratively and support one another. This role will suit an EA who takes pride in delivering a first-class service, is used to working across international time zones, and enjoys being busy.
