We are seeking a proactive and highly organised EA to 2 Senior Executives in a dynamic and collaborative financial services firm. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-profile setting and enjoys managing complex calendars, travel, and communications with discretion and professionalism. This EA will be responsible for coordinating meetings, events, and appointments, anticipating needs, and “connecting the dots” for senior stakeholders. Acting as a gatekeeper, the EA will handle sensitive information, understand priorities, and determine what should be escalated or filtered, while building strong internal and external relationships.
The ideal EA will have 1-2 years’ experience supporting senior executives, exceptional organisational and time management skills, and the ability to multitask effectively. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, as is proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
This busy and varied EA role will require a self-driven, flexible, and motivated candidate with a hands-on approach and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Personal attributes such as creativity, attention to detail, adaptability, and a team-oriented mindset are highly valued.
This role is based in Central London offering hybrid working, Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 5:30pm. Annual discretionary bonus and additional benefits.
