We are seeking an experienced and highly organised EA to support the CEO and Board of Trustees of a thriving membership organisation based in central London. This is a fantastic opportunity for an EA who enjoys being at the heart of a small, super-friendly team and contributing to a lovely working environment. The successful EA will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth running and organisation of the executive function, acting as the CEO’s primary support, and being a vital presence to keep everything running seamlessly.
The EA will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support, including acting as Trustees’ secretariat. Minute-taking is a critical part of this role, and the EA will also liaise directly with council and other stakeholders, including the membership body. The ideal EA is proactive, responsive, and discreet, with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
This EA role offers genuine flexibility, with the option to work from home 2–3 days per week. It is a traditional EA position that provides stability, ideal for someone looking for a long-term role where their skills will be valued. If you are an EA with strong experience supporting senior leaders, excelling at minute-taking, and thriving in a collaborative and friendly environment, this is a fabulous opportunity to join a team that truly appreciates the impact of an outstanding EA.
