We are working on a really exciting opportunity for a dynamic and hardworking EA to support the Co-Founder and CEO of a leading e-commerce company who focus on trading in the emerging markets. This EA role offers a proactive and driven candidate to act as a true-right hand for an inspiring CEO who has an impressive track record in founding and investing in pioneering technology companies. As the EA, you will support primarily in a business capacity with diary management, organising meetings, extensive travel arrangements, liaising with clients and investors, as well as communicating with teams based in global offices including London, the US, South America, and South Africa. There is also an element of support required on the private side, so the successful EA will be experienced in providing exceptional support in all areas of their Executive’s life. The Co-Founder is primarily based in Paris, but travels extensively, so the EA will need to be experienced in organising detailed itineraries that can often change last-minute. As this role is primarily remote, we are looking for an EA who is at the top of their game and able to work autonomously, whilst also building strong long-term relationships with their hard-working and forward-thinking colleagues.
This role will suit an EA who has experience supporting at Founder/CEO level, ideally within a tech environment. French speaking with also be very beneficial!
Our client is offering primarily remote working however you will be required in the London office a couple of days a month when the CEO is in town. Core working hours are Monday to Friday 9am – 6pm, however an element of flexibility will be required particularly when the CEO is travelling, but equally respectful of a work-life balance.
