We are so excited to be working on this fantastic opportunity for an organised, proactive, and energetic PA to support the Chairman of a small but thriving property development firm. Based from their super smart offices in the heart of Mayfair, this PA will provide both business and private support. You will manage the Chairman's diary, organise meetings, send Teams/Zoom invites, book travel, handle telephone calls, meet & greet visitors, and ensure the smooth operation of the office by managing stationery supplies, kitchen refreshments, and building management. On the private side, you will manage the insurance and logistics for various properties & cars and organise family travel plans. This is a busy and varied role that will suit a PA who enjoys wearing many hats and being the lynchpin of the office.

We are looking for a PA with a positive attitude and a good sense of humour who thrives in a tight-knit team environment. The ideal PA can adapt quickly to changing diaries, remains calm under pressure, and handles all situations professionally and efficiently.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, with some flexibility during quieter times. Benefits include annual discretionary bonus, 25 days annual leave + bank holidays, health insurance, pension.
