Temporary Operations/Admin Role – Immediate Start
Highly Organised & Strategic Support Needed

Are you looking to make a difference? We are seeking a highly organised and emotionally intelligent Temporary Operations/Admin professional to provide essential support to our leadership team in a specialist care services company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and manage the Director’s time and meetings
  • Liaise confidently with stakeholders, including Social Services, NHS staff, and therapists
  • Monitor and log incidents, ensuring reports are sent to Social Services
  • Organise Health & Safety and Environmental checks
  • Manage the company inbox, responding or escalating as needed

Ideal Candidate:

  • Strong admin skills with a strategic mindset
  • Confident communicator who can handle multiple stakeholders
  • Highly organised and proactive with excellent attention to detail
  • Based in SW London, making it ideal for someone who lives nearby
  • Bonus: 1 day per week working from home
