A leading, luxury design company are looking for a Sales Director to join their London team in a diverse and exciting position.

The role would suit an independent and self-motivated candidate and we are looking for an ambitious, organised and energetic individual who wants to be part of a rapidly growing and well-respected business. The successful candidate must have previous sales experience within the Interior Design industry.

The Sales Director will be leading sales strategy and helping to ensure the company’s robust growth. This is a crucial role within this growing business and will require clear strategy, strong administration skills and excellent motivation. The Sales Director will be responsible for designing action plans to meet targets, as well as developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients. As the Sales Director, you will act as a focal point for the business, driving the brand forward and you will be expected to carry out your responsibilities to the highest level of competency.

Skills and Experience required:

  • 5 years experience as a Sales Director or Sales Manager
  • A friendly, dynamic and enthusiastic individual with a can-do attitude
  • An eye for detail and drive to execute the role with systems and procedures
  • Experience in working alongside a team and motivating other colleagues
  • Previous experience in office administration and sales
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent organisational skills – able to self-motivate, multitask and time manage
  • Competent in MS Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel)
