A unique and rare opportunity has arisen for a bright, ambitious EA who is educated to degree level and thrives working in a fast pace, start-up environment. This is a very exciting position to work closely for a serial and successful entrepreneur in and to be an integral part to their new venture. 

Key EA Duties 

  • Assist in setting up the business infrastructure, including opening bank accounts, registering with tax and regulatory agencies, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Find, furnish, and set up our new office, creating a productive and well-organized work environment.
  • Manage and coordinate key meetings, events, and company-wide communications.
  • Provide administrative support to the CEO and leadership team, including calendar and schedule management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
  • Lead or assist in various special projects and initiatives, contributing to the company's growth and operational efficiency.
  • Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and timely responses.

The Ideal EA 

  • Willingness to take initiative, tackle new challenges with a proactive mindset, and adapt to the evolving needs of a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in a multifaceted administrative role, ideally in a startup or high-growth environment.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
  • Ability to manage and execute projects effectively, from office setup to business operations.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and approachable demeanor.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and contribute to a dynamic and evolving team environment.
