Our client is a successful boutique consultancy firm who work with renowned financial institutions, and they are looking for a high-performing and proactive EA to support their two Founders. The EA will provide integral support to two extremely busy individuals, primarily within a business capacity, as well as some private support. An experienced and highly skilled EA will be joining a small yet ambitious team, being responsible for administrative tasks, coordinating projects and fostering a positive team culture. Working from City-based offices 3 days per week, this EA role will suit someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, who is capable of taking on multiple projects and conflicting priorities at any given time. For an EA supporting the two Founders within this dynamic team, this role will provide fantastic exposure across the whole business.

Typical EA duties will include;

  • Manage all day-to-day activities of the Founders, assisting in calendar management, scheduling meetings, and executing extensive travel arrangements
  • Liaising with external parties on behalf of the Founders, including IT service providers, hotels and restaurants, and members’ clubs among others
  • Facilitate effective communication with internal business stakeholders
  • Maintain Salesforce CRM system as well as internal reports and documentation as required
  • Handle administrative tasks such as managing budgets, processing invoices, and maintaining records
  • Assist with project planning and monitor progress to ensure timely completion of deliverables
  • Support team-building activities and assist in onboarding new team members
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement innovative solutions to enhance efficiency

The successful candidate will have previous experience supporting at Founder/CEO level, particularly within financial or professional services. Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities and exceptional organisation will be key. Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM system is also essential.

Core hours are Monday – Thursday 8.30am-6.30pm and 9.30am starts on Fridays. Our client is offering hybrid working, 25 days holiday (including Christmas closure), discretionary bonus. Due to the nature of the role, there will be some out of hours support required, so flexibility will be key.
