Our client, a boutique consultancy firm who work with renowned financial institutions, are looking for a high-performing and proactive EA to support their two Founders. The EA will provide integral support to two extremely busy individuals, primarily within a business capacity, as well as some private support. An experienced and highly skilled EA will be joining a small yet ambitious team, being responsible for administrative tasks, coordinating projects and fostering a positive team culture. Working from City-based offices 3 days per week, this EA role will suit someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, who is capable of taking on multiple projects and conflicting priorities at any given time. For an EA supporting the two Founders within this dynamic team, this role will provide fantastic exposure across the whole business.
Typical EA duties will include diary management, scheduling meetings, organising extensive travel arrangements, liaising with external parties and clients on behalf of the Founders, assisting with project planning, supporting with internal presentations and documentation, as well as championing team culture and organising events.
