A fantastic opportunity has arisen for someone who is looking for their first job in the financial services sector. Working in a dual Reception and Team Assistant role for a boutique wealth management firm in Victoria. 

Key Duties 

  • Meet and greet all visitors 
  • Provide support to the day-to-day management of the office 
  • Managing all meeting rooms 
  • Liaison with the building's contractors, suppliers, managers and cleaners
  • Supporting the wider team, including management of team diaries and supporting with correspondence 

Ideal Candidate

  • Well presented and professional 
  • Ideally a first jobber looking for their first office support role 
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • Team player, with a willingness to learn 
  • Strong attention to detail 


  • Core office hours 0830-1700 Monday to Friday 
  • 25 Days holiday + bank holiday and Xmas/NY shut down 
  • Pension 6% Employer
