Are you eager to be part of a dynamic team of hardworking and passionate individuals who are committed to making a difference? Our client is an extremely exciting organisation who play an important role in the world of climate change, working closely with members worldwide. This EA role supports the inspiring CEO primarily on a 1:1 basis, as well as liaising closely with other Board Members and Heads of Departments. The CEO is an extremely impressive and busy individual, so we are looking for an EA at the top of their game, someone who is experienced with working in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment, adept at managing multiple tasks seamlessly. As EA to the CEO, you will become a real-right hand, acting as gatekeeper to ensure the CEOs time is managed effectively.

Typical EA duties will include, but not be limited to:

  • Complex diary management and arranging meetings
  • Inbox management
  • Drafting and editing correspondence on behalf of the CEO
  • Preparing reports and presentations
  • Organising and attending Board meetings, including preparing and circulating Board packs
  • Taking minutes and following up action points
  • Extensive travel arrangements
  • Supporting with building team culture
  • Ad hoc project support

This position is ideal for individuals who demonstrate proactive, tenacious, and highly organised traits, coupled with the ability to remain composed under pressure and a willingness to exceed expectations. As the EA becomes part of this collaborative and hardworking team, we expect the successful candidate to be eager to learn swiftly and fully engage in their responsibilities.
