We are seeking an Administration & Office Manager for a newly merged accountancy and consultancy firm based in Central London.
Working as part of a small team of 12 people, reporting into 2 Directors and a Manager, you will provide general admin support and help to ensure the smooth running of the serviced office.
With core hours from 9 - 5.30 pm (and 1 hour for lunch), responsibilities will include;
Data entry and management, dealing with incoming and outgoing post and a small volume of calls, invoicing, customer statements, payment issues, preparation of HRMC forms, anti-money laundering procedures, tax returns and account submissions, maintaining and updating control lists, onboarding new clients and chasing clients for information, light office management duties and managing a junior admin assistant, assisting with HR and events (including the Xmas party) and implementing and streamlining systems.
The ideal candidate will have professional services experience, good attention to detail and confidence to chase internal and external individuals and manage a junior assistant.
